Year 5&6 Football Tournaments 25th and 26th May 2006

This year was the biggest event ever with 40 teams from 20 schools involved over 2 days at Corams Fields. On the Thursday 10 schools (who finished lower in their leagues earlier in the season) competed in the plate competition - Rhyl won both boys and girls events. The following day 10 other schools competed in the in the second competition. Both days were characterised by excellent sportsmanship and enthusiasm. Gospel Oak beat Rhyl in the girls finals and Rhyl beat Richard Cobden in the boys final. St. Michaels won the fair play trophy.
