Gospel Oak After School Club

As of 1st September 2008 the ASC came under the management of the school and its governing body. Camden Play Service will, however, continue to support the club with both funding, advice and guidance. The responsibility of running the service was handed over to Dawn O’Driscoll, Learning Mentor with a team of Teaching Assistants as Play Workers. Although the club came under new management it was still open to previous service users and there were no changes to charges.
Aims
We wish to ensure that the children of our school are provided with supervised play activities in a safe and stimulating environment in the absence of their parents. We are committed to providing after school activities of an excellent standard.
Practicalities
We can accommodate up to 46 children dependent on their ages. Those under the age of eight will be collected from their class at 3.25pm and must be signed out by an adult at the end of the session.
Activities include arts and crafts, board and construction games, sports and team games, drama, storyelling and cooking. Children are provided with a small healthy snack and a drink.
Fees
The fees are £4.20 per session at standard rate and £1 per session at a concessionary rate. Please see Dawn for the criteria for a concessionary rate.
Opening Hours
From 3.30pm till 6pm every school day (you will be notified in the event of there being a training day).
